Outsourcing service for business
Outsourcing (outer-source-using) is an engagement of another company’s employees to perform a certain amount of work during a particular period of time.
In accordance with the report, 68% of American companies prefer outsourcing services in the area of retail sales and manufacturing of consumer goods.
A lot of global giants operate due to outsourcing:
- Ford manufactures almost one third of the parts for their cars through other companies;
- IKEA deals with retail sales, having transferred logistics services to outsourcers;
- IBM is completely responsible for high tech in Kodak’s operation, which has been a Kodak outsourcer almost since the day of its foundation.
Outsourcing services can be obtained in different areas: logistics, cleaning, HR management, financial advice, IT support etc.
Translation outsourcing saves force and resources on the part of the entrepreneur at many stages:
- search for new employees and their training;
- description of business processes and job descriptions affecting both operational processes and the result;
- monthly payment of wages and other official payments (holiday, sick and overtime pay, insurance premiums).
