Behind the scenes of Games Gathering 2024 Lviv

Our team started the first spring month by taking part in the international gaming conference Games Gathering Lviv 2024, which was held from February 29 to March 3 at the Premier Hotel Dnister in Lviv.

Traditionally, Games Gathering includes:

• dozens of interesting presentations from top industry experts, including representatives of Ukrainian and foreign development studios;
• a preparty and a main party for casual networking and experience exchange;
• Beer Point draft beer area to quench your thirst;
• a vacancy wall for finding talented employees.

This year, we modified the participation format: instead of a fixed stand, we invited an animator who invited visitors and participants to play a game and get a sweet gift for it. This sparked a great deal of interest and allowed us to make hundreds of useful contacts and initiate promising discussions about future partnerships.

Besides, MK:translations team was a partner of the conference for the first time and prepared an award for an indie game in the Game Star nomination. So, Twigames studio won the localization of its Hollow Home project into two languages, including Ukrainian. We’re proud to be able to help young talents find their way to international success through localization services.
