Our task was to professionally translate the text of the interview and edit new subtitles into the video

When preparing a video for a foreign audience, translation quality is of primary importance. Subtitles should not only accurately reflect the content and context of the original video, but also preserve its tone and style. Moreover, cultural specifics of the target audience must be considered during translation: not only linguistic aspects, but also social, cultural, and historical ones.

The task gets even more complicated when translating an interview because you have to feel the writer’s style of speech, accurately convey all the facts from their work, and incorporate direct speech into readable and comprehensible subtitles.
